          Southeast Assemblies recently moved into a 35,000 square foot building that was previously a Winn Dixie supermarket in downtown Eustis.  This is great news for SEA and our customers throughout Florida and the Southeast.  With this latest expansion we will be able to offer our customers so much more in the way of capacity and service by having room to purchase new and better equipment and also to improve our turnaround time for customer orders.  Initially we are using 25,000 square feet; more than twice the area we had occupied.  The remaining 10,000 square feet will be used in another capacity that coincides with our continued growth plans.

          SEA employees are especially excited about the ample parking and the expanded lunch and break areas. The City of Eustis is also supportive of the project because it will be a positive influence on the revitalization of the downtown area.

          Our new building is in compliance with OSHA standards and has a 2000 amp electrical service. The manufacturing floor space is wide open and can be customized to meet our production needs. The additional floor space allows for sensible material handling and product flow, additional staff and equipment, as well as SMT CLS lines. Please schedule a visit to see it soon!
